Policy for parts Stocked by P.E.R Inc.
1. If part is not the
correct part, you have up to 30 days from the date the part was
shipped to return it (part just needs to be shipped back with a
tracking number within 30 days - it does not have to be received
by 30 days). If it is our mistake, we pay all shipping costs. If
we shipped the correct part, but you made the mistake in ordering
the correct part for your application, then you will be responsible
for all shipping costs.
2. If you decide to return
a stock part or engine for a cash refund because you changed
your mind, you are responsible for all shipping costs plus a 15%
restocking fee, which is based on the purchase price before shipping.
No exceptions.
3. Special order /
non stock items will not be accepted for returns, all special order
items sales are final.
